Registration opens
Is it time to do a Health Challenge? Great idea! All you need is the IMR app. In it, each participant registers and chooses a level. When the Health Challenge starts, everyone is divided into smaller groups and IMR's health coaches support the teams.
New activity every day
Every day, participants are given a new activity in the app. Physical activity is mixed with recovery and tips from sports professionals and leading scientists.
The health challenge is over
Three weeks go by fast when you're having fun. After the challenge, each employee can continue working on their health in our app. It has everything and more when it comes to exercise, diet and recovery. Don't forget to join the next Health Challenge!

Our sedentary lifestyle has led to a gradual decline in our fitness levels. Fewer and fewer people are meeting the recommendations to be physically active for 150-300 minutes a week. What is the situation in your workplace? Are you sedentary or are you physically active?
