Employee health - an essential part of your sustainability efforts

In collaboration with PwC, we have developed a model to report on the company’s health objectives and their progress. The data reported at a group level, the company’s health objectives, and their development are integrated into the company’s sustainability strategy. They are included in sustainability/annual reports.

Health reporting follows the guidelines of GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and encompasses principles outlined in the UN’s Agenda 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 3 “Good Health and Well-being.”
