Sustainability reporting

Working preventively with employee health is an important issue that affects both company culture and productivity. More and more employers are choosing to invest in health initiatives for their employees. With IMR’s reporting of health data, it is possible to include health as part of the company’s sustainability work for inclusion in both a sustainability report and the annual report.

An investment in health is profitable

Preventive health interventions are a profitable investment for the company. Not being regularly physically active in combination with a high degree of sedentary behaviour is linked to lower well-being, increased mental and physical ill-health and reduced work ability. A reduced working capacity affects the productivity of the enterprise. The cost of loss of productivity so-called ”presenteeism” is estimated to cost companies 6-10 times more than the cost of classic sick leave.
